Return and Replacement Policy
Return Policy:

We have a very easy simple Return Policy. Customers need to place the request within 24 hours. Following is the eligibility criteria:

If you received the wrong product.

If the received product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

Return/Exchange requests from customers should come within 24 hours from receipt of the product.

Customers need to provide clear photographs of the received product and a parcel opening video without editing.

Customers need to care about the following:

The product has not been worn out or washed or damaged by the customer.

The product is not altered or tailored in any form by the customer.

Note: For any complaint, this is necessary to provide a parcel opening video without any edits. The video should cover the outer parcel label and start to end of the Parcel opening clearly showing the fault. Slight Colour Variation due to digital photography is common in these types of silk sarees and will not be considered for return/exchange.. Small thread stains in manufacturing will not be considered damage. For Ilkal Sarees, Paithani Sarees, Khan Sarees, Gadwal Sarees, and Narayanpeth Sarees requests should come within 24 hours from receipt of the product. For these items for approved product fault, a replacement will be applicable and not a refund.

Return/Replacement Process:

You can email us at vidhansshopy@vidhansfashion.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Also you can contact us on our WhatsApp mentioned on our Website.
You should provide the following details along with request.

Customer Name

Clear photograph of the received product and video of parcel opening without editing.

Please click the real photo of the product and send to us to start return/exchange process. Also send the photo of the bill which is pasted onto the parcel.
After sending the photos please pack the product with received bill . Within 2 days courier person will come and pickup the product. After pickup please inform on email/Whatsapp, so that refund can be initiated . Within 7 days money will be deposited to your account. You can provide your Google pay or PhonePe number for Refund.

Guidelines to Customer:

Tags should be retained. Please maintain as it is.

Return the product along with original bills and tags.

Return the product along with all accessories.
Refund Policy and Process:
​
For the approved returned product; we will reverse the amount to customer's original payment Account. Refund of Money will be done within 7 days from the Goods returned to original Source at our end.

Cancellation Policy:
​
Once the Order has been made can not be cancelled if it is dispatched. To cancel the order please communicate on email or WhatsApp number. Order Cancelation is possible before dispatch only.​
